The frustrations run faster than you would like, you want to love yourself more but don’t know how. You put so much effort into slimming down but you can’t keep it up or even get started. At the idea that you have to start a diet again, the whole thing stagnates.
You hear your husband tell you that your body is beautiful, but the compliment doesn’t come in. You don’t feel it yourself. And secretly you know: if you lose those 10 kilos, it’s not enough.

Since birth I have had a sluggish thyroid and this has inspired me to start the search at a young age.
How can I lose weight and how can I get more energy ? How can I increase my metabolism? What is the most efficient method and what can I maintain myself? How do I get rid of that emotional eating ?
Dieting turned out not to be a solution, so I started training with the experts. This confirmed my suspicion: counting calories and willpower won’t get you there. This goes deeper. Much deeper.
By working towards optimal health and building a positive relationship with your body, you will automatically lose weight. Your fat burning hormones are boosted, your stress level is lowered, you sleep better and you feel better about yourself.
Why health coaching alone is not enough
After all these training courses on health, I still missed something.
I had had it all with the feeling that my body and I were not good enough, that dieticians told me what still needed to be done of my body. I had also had enough of the fact that no matter what I did, my body was never good enough.
I wanted connection with my body, I wanted to take good care of it out of love and respect. I wanted to acknowledge it for what it did for me and finally stop the struggle with my body.
With that intention in mind, I started working with hypnotherapy (RTT):
Love and respect for you and your body, boost your self-esteem and self-confidence, give your body what it needs and eliminate what it doesn’t like and tackle your subconscious saboteurs.
My method combines nutrition, exercise, stress management, lifestyle and the power of your subconscious mind to bring our mind and body back into balance.
This combination means that I now go through life radiant, confident and with a body that I love. This could never have been without my strong intuition that has always said that things could be done differently.
I know that it is also possible for you to genuinely love your body and get rid of that excess fat without punishing you or your body with strict diets.

During this conversation we create a clear picture of what you want to achieve and how you want to feel. Here you are already stepping into your transformation.
2 RTT sessions
During the 2 RTT sessions we work on the emotional blockages that are the cause of emotional eating, overeating or why you cannot lose weight.
You will receive 6 sessions of health coaching to bring your body into balance. Nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and your stress level are central to this.
A month and a half ago I came to Niki because my energy level was so incredibly low.
Getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and even exercising didn’t help me. As a result, I took bad care of myself: lots of sweets, no exercise, and whole days on the couch.
During the session it turned out that it was something completely different. Not something physical, but something mental. I haven’t followed my heart for a long time and although I have been doing so for six months, I continued to feel lifeless. Years of not doing what I actually wanted to do has exhausted me. And now that I was finally doing what I wanted to do, I didn’t have confidence in myself, as if I wasn’t allowed to believe that my life is finally going the way I wanted it to.
Under Niki’s professional and warm guidance, I said goodbye to those old beliefs and thoughts.
This was clearly a process that my mind and body had to get used to, but
since three weeks I have been overflowing with energy
It’s like I’m sitting on a cloud. I exercise again, am happy, eat what I want (mostly healthy), do not sleep much, but am not really tired. And the best part: my relationship has blossomed and my project in terms of work/dream is like the fire brigade. So smooth, so easy, so much fun.
